The site provides general educational material and business directory information. It is not an inspection, engineering opinion, safety determination, professional recommendation or guarantee. A listing is not an endorsement.
Verify before hiring
You are responsible for confirming a contractor’s identity, service area, qualifications, licensing where applicable, insurance, pricing, availability and written scope. For an active fire, carbon-monoxide alarm or immediate hazard, contact emergency services.
Accuracy and availability
Directory records and third-party reputation signals can be incomplete, delayed or changed. We may correct, remove or update content and do not promise uninterrupted access.
External services
Calls, emails, visits and transactions with listed businesses occur between you and the business. We are not a party to those arrangements and are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal research. You may not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, misrepresent, resell or use the service unlawfully, or submit malicious material.
